By using BabyPredict, you agree to these Terms.

Entertainment-only service

BabyPredict creates fictional AI-generated baby face simulations for entertainment only. Results are not real photos, medical advice, ultrasound images, prenatal screening, genetic analysis, fertility guidance, family-planning advice, scientific forecasts, or guarantees of any future child’s appearance.

v2 creative features

BabyPredict v2 may offer creative options such as Twins Mode, age progression story images, ultrasound-inspired visual styling, and mixed-heritage prompt controls. These are artistic presentation choices only. They do not identify, diagnose, measure, or predict pregnancy status, fetal health, fetal development, inherited traits, ethnicity, ancestry, paternity, fertility, or the appearance of any real future child.

The ultrasound-inspired style is a fictional AI visual effect inspired by the look of some 4D ultrasound keepsake imagery. It is not a medical ultrasound, sonogram, scan, diagnostic image, prenatal record, or substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Eligibility and photo permissions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You may only upload adult photos that you own or have permission to use. You must not upload photos of children, people under 18, private individuals without consent, illegal content, or content that violates another person’s rights.

AI-generated content

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, biased, or unrealistic. You are responsible for how you use and share generated images. Do not represent generated images as real children, real medical/genetic predictions, ultrasound or prenatal records, proof of pregnancy, proof of parentage, ancestry analysis, or official records.

Plans and billing

BabyPredict may offer Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Current plan limits are shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed by Creem. We do not store your full payment card details. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew according to the checkout terms shown by Creem. Premium features remain subject to fair use, technical availability, and the monthly limits shown in the product.

If you need help with subscription management or cancellation while a self-service portal is unavailable, contact support@aibabypredict.com from the email used for checkout.

Account and access

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. We may suspend or remove access if we detect abuse, prohibited uploads, payment fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI providers, payment providers, or hosting providers may experience downtime or change their services.
