Privacy Policy

BabyPredict provides AI-generated baby face simulations for entertainment only. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use aibabypredict.com.

What we collect

• Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile picture.
• Uploaded photos: you may upload two adult photos to create a result. Do not upload photos of children or anyone without permission.
• Generated results: we store generated result images and related metadata so result links, history, and paid-plan features can work.
• Subscription information: if you purchase a plan, Creem processes the checkout and sends us subscription status, product ID, customer email, and related billing metadata. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: we store generation counters, rate-limit counters, settings, model preference, and basic operational logs.

How we use AI services

We use Google Gemini / Google Generative Language API to create AI-generated baby face simulations from the uploaded adult photos. Uploaded parent photos are transmitted to our backend and to Google’s AI service for the purpose of generating your result. We do not use uploaded photos or generated results to train our own AI models.

Retention

Uploaded parent photos are not intentionally persisted as original uploads after generation. Generated result images and history are retained according to your plan:

• Free: result links may expire after approximately 30 minutes.
• Plus: generated results and history may be retained for up to 1 year.
• Pro: generated results and history may be retained for up to 3 years.

Account, subscription, usage, and settings records may be retained while your account or subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, billing, and support.

Third-party services

We use:

• Google OAuth for sign-in.
• Google Gemini / Google Generative Language API for AI image generation.
• Creem for payment and subscription processing.
• Cloudflare Pages, Functions, and KV for hosting, backend functions, storage, security, and delivery.

Your choices

You can choose not to sign in, not to upload photos, or not to purchase a plan. You may request deletion of account-related data or generated results by contacting privacy@aibabypredict.com. We may need information to verify the request.

Children and prohibited uploads

BabyPredict is intended for adults. You must not upload photos of children, people under 18, or anyone whose photo you do not have permission to use.
